Ten MacBook repair shops in Singapore worth knowing in 2026. Citri Mobile is first because we wrote this, so weigh it accordingly. The split that actually matters on a MacBook is not price, it is capability: roughly half this list replaces parts and half repairs logic boards at component level, and which half you need depends entirely on what is wrong with yours.

Before the list
We run one of these shops, so judge position one on what it says rather than where it sits. Positions two to ten are not ranked against each other — they are nine answers to nine different situations.
And there are no ratings, review counts, prices or opening hours for anyone but us. That is deliberate: those change constantly, we cannot keep other people's current, and a stale number in our favour is worth nothing to you. Every shop here has a website and a Google listing. The durable thing — what each is set up to do well — is what we have published instead.

1. Citri Mobile
Ours. Four walk-in shops — People's Park Centre in Chinatown, Tampines, Yishun and Jurong Point — open 11am–9pm daily, with addresses on our locations page.
What we would point at on MacBook specifically: we replace the bonded display panel rather than only swapping the whole top case assembly, which is where most of the cost difference lives. A MacBook screen replacement runs $140–$550 depending on the model, with all 47 MacBook models in our catalog priced individually on the MacBook repair page. We also quote flexgate cable repair separately from $150 — the dark band along the bottom of the screen, or the backlight dying past a certain hinge angle — which is a cable fault that plenty of shops quote as a whole display.
Batteries from $85, keyboards from $130, trackpads from $120, liquid damage starting with a chemical wash from $80. All nett. Board-level work is done on site. Parts are Original Grade — we do not claim genuine Apple parts for MacBook and nor should anyone else, because the Apple Independent Repair Provider programme we take part in covers genuine parts for eligible iPhone repairs. Eligible completed repairs carry a warranty of up to 100 days.
- Best for: screens, flexgate, batteries and keyboards at a price you saw first
- Less good for: doorstep collection — we are walk-in only
2. Atomware
A board-level repair house in Sim Lim Square, working at component level: logic boards repaired rather than swapped, liquid-damaged machines recovered, and data retrieved from boards other shops will not open.
This is the entry for the machine that will not power on at all, or the one somebody has already told you needs a new board. A replacement logic board is often most of what the MacBook is worth, so a shop that can repair the one you have is a materially different proposition.
- Best for: micro-soldering, liquid damage, data recovery
3. Mac Infinity
A Mac-only workshop at Millenia Walk, which is unusual here — most shops on this list do phones first and laptops second. They run in-house engineers doing micro-soldering and IC-level diagnosis across MacBook, iMac and Mac mini.
If the fault is strange, intermittent, or specific to macOS and the hardware together, a bench that only sees Macs has seen your symptom before.
- Best for: an awkward fault on a Mac, diagnosed by people who only do Macs
4. Esmond Service Centre
Another board-level option, working on MacBook and iMac logic boards with micro-soldering, and specific about the fault families they handle: no-power, charging, unexpected shutdown and USB-C problems.
Those four cover most of what sends a MacBook to a board specialist rather than a parts shop, and a business that names them is telling you something useful about where its bench time goes.
- Best for: no-power, charging and shutdown faults that are not the battery
5. Fix Bot
Shops at Novena and Bukit Batok, with collection as the differentiator. A MacBook is heavier and more awkward to carry across the island than a phone, so the collection proposition is worth more here than it is on the phone list.
The caveat is the same as for any collection service: be clear where you stand if it needs a second look, because a courier round trip is slower than a counter.
- Best for: not carrying a laptop across Singapore
6. Mister Mobile
The widest branch network here, holding ISO certification and CaseTrust accreditation, both assessed by someone other than them. Phones are the core business and MacBook work is part of a broader offering, so it is worth confirming your model and fault before travelling.
- Best for: convenience plus accreditation you can verify
7. LYK Repair
Outlets near MRT stations in Jurong, Woodlands, Tai Seng and Bugis, built around quick turnaround on common jobs.
Reasonable for a straightforward MacBook screen or battery. For board-level work, ask the in-house-or-sent-out question — on a laptop the answer changes the timeline considerably more than it does on a phone.
- Best for: a common screen or battery job done quickly
8. Mobile Life
Trading since the mid-2000s with outlets across Queenstown, Bishan, Serangoon, Tampines and Yishun, known for holding deep parts stock.
On an older MacBook that is often the whole problem. Nobody holds a panel for a 2015 machine, and the repair stalls on ordering rather than on skill.
- Best for: older models other shops have to order parts for
9. Lite Mobile
Heartland outlets across the west, north and east, offering a money-back guarantee alongside the ordinary warranty, and doing some board-level work as well as parts replacement. Read what triggers the guarantee before you rely on it.
- Best for: wanting a stated way out if the repair does not hold
10. Hitec Mobile
CaseTrust-accredited. CaseTrust is run by the Consumers Association of Singapore and assesses how a business trades — pricing clarity, contract terms, dispute handling. It says nothing about technical ability, which is why it is useful: on an expensive repair it is one of the few things a third party has actually checked.
- Best for: wanting someone independent to have vetted how they trade
Parts shop or board shop — which do you need?
This is the decision the list is really organised around, and you can usually make it from the symptom:
- Cracked or black screen, dead battery, broken keyboard or trackpad, a port that will not charge — a parts shop. Positions 1, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10.
- Will not power on at all, shuts down unpredictably, went in liquid, or you want data off a machine that is gone — a board shop. Positions 2, 3, 4, and 1 and 9 also do board-level work.
- Dark band at the bottom of the screen, or the backlight cutting out as you open the lid — that is flexgate, a cable rather than a panel, and it is worth asking for it by name so you are not quoted for a whole display.
The full version of this, with the ten questions to put to whichever shop you pick, is in ten things to check before a MacBook repair. The one that saves the most money is whether the shop can replace the bonded panel on its own rather than the entire top case assembly.
What does a MacBook repair cost?
We can only publish our own. All 47 MacBook models in our catalog are priced individually and the figures are nett.

Not sure what is wrong yet?
- Nothing on screen, fans spinning — a MacBook that will not turn on.
- Dark band at the bottom, or backlight cutting out — common MacBook screen issues.
- Battery gone in two hours, or macOS saying Service Recommended — read the cycle count first.
- Not charging — MacBook not charging.
- Keys repeating or dead — keyboard not working.
- Trackpad not clicking — sometimes a swollen battery underneath.
- Hot, loud and slow — overheating, running slow.
- Liquid spill — MacBook liquid damage.
Best MacBook repair in Singapore: FAQs
- Which is the best MacBook repair shop in Singapore?
- It depends on whether you need parts replaced or a board repaired. For a screen, battery, keyboard or flexgate cable at a price published per model, that is us. For a machine that will not power on, a liquid spill or data off a dead board, a board-level house like Atomware, Mac Infinity or Esmond Service Centre is the right call. For collection rather than carrying the laptop in, Fix Bot. Work out which half of the list you need from the symptom first, then compare within it.
- Why does this list have no ratings or review counts?
- Because we cannot keep other businesses' numbers up to date, and a stale figure that happens to flatter us is worth nothing to you. Every shop listed has a website and a Google listing — check those on the day. We have published the part that does not change instead.
- How much does MacBook repair cost in Singapore?
- With us, a MacBook screen replacement runs $140–$550 depending on the model, a battery from $85, flexgate cable repair from $150, a keyboard from $130 and a trackpad from $120. Liquid damage starts with a chemical wash from $80 and is quoted once the board has been inspected. All prices are nett and every model is priced individually.
- Do any Singapore shops use genuine Apple parts for MacBook?
- No independent shop in Singapore can honestly claim that. Genuine Apple parts reach independents through Apple's Independent Repair Provider programme, and that covers eligible iPhone repairs. For a MacBook the honest answer is Original Grade, which is what we quote. If a shop advertises genuine Apple parts for a MacBook, ask them to put the sourcing in writing.
- Can a MacBook screen be repaired without replacing the whole lid?
- On most Retina models, yes. The bonded panel can be replaced on its own, which is more delicate work than swapping the complete top case assembly and costs considerably less. Whether it is the right call depends on the model and on whether the lid, hinges or camera were damaged too, so ask for both prices and decide with the numbers in front of you.
- Is a MacBook worth repairing?
- A rough rule that holds up well: if the repair is under about half of a comparable replacement and the rest of the machine is sound, repair is the better call. A battery on a machine that otherwise works is not a close decision. A screen plus a board repair on a ten-year-old Air probably is. We looked at the "MacBooks are uneconomical to fix" assumption in is a MacBook hard to repair.
