How Do I Find My iPhone Model Before a Repair?

Knowing your exact model gets you the right part and price first time. Go to Settings → General → About and check the Model Name (for example, “iPhone 15 Pro”). How Do I Know If My iPhone Needs a Battery Replacement?

Check it in seconds: go to Settings → Battery → Battery Health & Charging and look at Maximum Capacity (Apple explains the readout in iPhone battery and performance). Once it drops below about 80%, or you see the “Service” message, unexpected shutdowns or fast drain, a battery replacement (from $25) restores full runtime.
