Before You Send In Your iPhone Air for Repair

- Turn off Find My / activation lock (IRP genuine replacements only). Only if you're going for an IRP genuine part replacement: sign out of your Apple account, or have your passcode ready, so we can pair the new part and test the device after the repair.

About the iPhone Air
The iPhone Air launched in September 2025 as the thinnest iPhone Apple has made, built around a polished titanium frame with a Ceramic Shield 2 front and a more crack-resistant Ceramic Shield back, powered by the A19 Pro chip. The ultra-slim body is striking, but a very thin phone still cracks if it lands the wrong way, and the glass front and back remain the most common casualties of a drop.
