How Our Coverage Actually Works

Four shops can't sit in every estate, so what matters is how easily you can reach one. Three of ours are on or beside an MRT interchange — Jurong Point opens off Boon Lay, Tampines is a five-minute walk from the interchange, and Chinatown MRT exits straight into People's Park Centre. That last one is why the whole North East Line, from Punggol down through Sengkang, Hougang and Serangoon, reaches us without a single change of train.

Every shop does the same work: iPhone, Samsung and Android phones, iPad and Samsung tablets, Apple Watch, and MacBook and Windows laptops. Screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, water damage and board-level faults. Prices are the same at all four, they're nett, and the 30-100 days warranty is honoured wherever you bought the repair.

If travelling isn't practical, message us. We collect and return devices around most of Singapore — we'll confirm whether we cover your address and what it costs before you commit to anything. For companies with a batch of devices, our corporate service handles pickup and delivery on a schedule.

Do you have a shop in every one of these 33 areas?
No — we have 4 shops: Chinatown (People's Park Centre), Tampines, Yishun and Jurong Point. The other areas are the ones our customers travel in from, so each area page tells you which of the four is nearest and how to get there. If your area isn't listed, we still fix your device; just come to whichever shop is easiest for you.
Can you collect my phone instead of me travelling?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp with your area and what's wrong with the device, and we'll tell you whether we can collect from you and what it costs before anything is arranged. Companies with several devices should use our corporate pickup service instead.
Do I need an appointment?
No, you can walk in any day from 11am–9pm daily. It's still worth messaging first so we can confirm we have the part for your model in stock — that's the difference between walking out repaired and making a second trip.
Are the prices on the area pages the final price?
They're nett prices — what you see is what you pay, nothing added at collection. The figure shown is the lowest in that range, so the exact price depends on your model. Water damage and board-level work is quoted after a free diagnosis rather than priced upfront.
What warranty do I get, wherever I go?
30-100 days warranty on the repair, honoured at any of our 4 shops — not only the one that did the work.
