How Condition Affects Your Trade-In Value

The values above are a starting point for a device in good working order. Two things adjust the figure: battery health and physical (body & screen) condition. The deductions column in the table lists the battery-health steps for each model; the guide below explains the body and screen grades.

🔋 Battery health

  • The higher your battery health, the higher the value.
  • As health drops — or if the battery has been serviced or replaced with a non-genuine cell — a deduction applies. See the per-model steps in the deductions column above.

📱 Body & screen condition

  • Like new: no visible scratches or dents — no condition deduction.
  • Minor scratches: light hairline marks you can barely see — small deduction.
  • Obvious scratches or dents: clearly visible scuffs, scratches or dings on the frame or back — larger deduction.
  • Cracked or chipped: cracked, chipped or shattered screen or back glass — significant deduction, but we still take it in.

How is my trade-in value decided?
It is based on your exact model, storage and condition: screen, battery health and any faults. The table above shows the base value; we confirm the final figure in-store or over WhatsApp.
How will I get paid?
Instantly via PayNow once we have checked your device, or you can put the value toward a repair or your next phone.
What condition do you accept?
Brand-new, re-contracted and well-used devices alike. Faults such as a cracked screen or low battery health reduce the value (see the deductions column), but we still buy them.
Will my data be safe?
Please back up and sign out of your Apple or Google account before trading in. We recommend a factory reset and can guide you through it in-store.
Do I need an appointment?
No, just walk in to any of our Singapore shops, or WhatsApp us a photo of your device for a quick quote first. Open 11am–9pm daily.
