Each branch is walk-in (no appointment needed) and reachable by MRT.

Do I need an appointment to visit a mobile repair shop?

No. All 4 Citri Mobile shops are walk-in. Most common repairs, like iPhone and Samsung screens, batteries and charging ports, are assessed on the spot and finished the same day, often within the hour.

Every branch repairs iPhone, Samsung, Android phones, foldables, iPad, MacBook and Windows laptops: screens, batteries, charging ports, back glass, water damage and board-level faults. As an Apple Independent Repair Provider we use genuine Apple parts for eligible iPhone repairs.

Yes. Every repair at all 4 shops is backed by a 30-100 days warranty (100 days for MacBook), with transparent nett pricing and no data wiped for most repairs.
