Most realme phones that reach us are past that point. The warranty is a year, these phones get bought for value and kept for a while, and by the time the battery has faded or the screen has cracked there's nothing to claim. Cracked glass and liquid damage aren't covered by any manufacturer warranty at any age regardless.

Two realme-specific things come up often. First, parts support on discontinued budget models ends sooner than on flagships, so the official route can run out of road while the phone is still perfectly usable. We can often still source a screen or a battery for those. Second, plenty of realme handsets here came from overseas sellers, and an imported model may be refused by official service entirely. Neither of those is a problem at our counter.

How Do I Find My realme Model Before a Repair?

realme's naming needs care. A realme 11, an 11x and an 11 Pro are different phones with different screens, and the C-series numbers run in their own sequence entirely.

Open Settings, then About phone. Take both the model name and the model number, which looks like RMX3771. That code is what identifies the exact variant, and it's also printed on the box and sometimes on the SIM tray. Send us the RMX number and the quote you get is the price you'll actually pay. Should You Repair or Replace Your realme?

This deserves a straight answer rather than a sales pitch, because on a value phone it really does go both ways.

A battery replacement is almost always worth it. It's the cheapest repair we do, it fixes the thing that actually makes an older phone feel finished, and it buys you a couple more years. Same for a lens cover, a speaker or a charging port, all of which are small money against the price of a new handset.

A screen on a three or four year old C-series phone is the marginal one. If the phone is worth about as much used as the screen costs to replace, you're spending real money on a device already near the end of its life, and we'll say so. A board-level fault on a budget handset is usually a clear no. We'd rather tell you that and lose the job than take it.
