Apple Device Repair in Singapore

Citri Mobile repairs all four Apple device families at four walk-in branches, with nett prices published per model and a 30-100 days warranty. Screens and batteries are the two jobs we see most; board-level work is quoted after a free diagnosis.

Citri Mobile is an independent repair business, not an Apple Store and not an Apple Authorised Service Provider. We participate in the Apple Independent Repair Provider programme for eligible out-of-warranty iPhone repairs. Full details in our Business Identity & Brand Disclosure.

What Being an Independent Repair Provider Does and Doesn’t Mean

This is the part most repair shops leave vague, so here it is plainly. Apple runs two different arrangements with third-party businesses. An Apple Authorised Service Provider — which Citri Mobile is not — works inside Apple’s own service system. An Independent Repair Provider is a separate, independent business that Apple supplies with parts, tools and diagnostics for specific out-of-warranty repairs. Citri Mobile is the second one.

What that means for your repair, concretely:

Genuine Apple Parts, Original Grade, or Both?

Parts grade is the single biggest lever on price, and it works differently depending on the device. On iPhone you get a real choice: genuine Apple parts for eligible out-of-warranty repairs under the IRP programme, or Original Grade parts built to the original specifications at a lower price. On MacBook, iPad and Apple Watch there is no genuine option through us — those repairs use Original Grade parts, and we would rather say so here than let you assume otherwise. Whichever grade applies is written into your quote before any chargeable work begins. There is more detail on parts quality grades.

How Much Does Apple Device Repair Cost in Singapore?

Every price on this site is nett — the figure quoted is the figure you pay, with nothing added on top. Starting prices by device:

DeviceModels pricedRepairs fromBattery from
iPhone Repair Singapore 47 S$20 S$25
iPad Repair Singapore 37 S$30 S$35
MacBook Repair Singapore 45 S$80 S$85
Apple Watch Repair Singapore 24 S$50 S$50

Screen prices vary far more than battery prices, because panel cost tracks the model. Board-level faults — no power, liquid damage, charging ICs — are quoted after a free diagnosis rather than listed, since what is actually wrong is not knowable until the board is opened.

Where to Get Apple Devices Repaired in Singapore: Your Three Options

Search for Apple repair in Singapore and you get Apple’s own pages and a pile of directory listings, which is not much help when you are holding a cracked iPhone and deciding where to take it. There are three routes, they cost different amounts, and which one is right depends less on the device than on why it broke.

1. Apple directly — the Apple Store and the Genius Bar

Apple runs its own retail stores in Singapore with a Genius Bar, and you book a slot rather than walk in. Apple lists every store and its opening hours on Apple’s own retail page, and you start a repair through Apple Support. Apple fits its own parts and backs the work with its own warranty.

Go here first if the device is still inside Apple’s warranty or covered by AppleCare+, or if the fault is one of Apple’s own service programmes. In those cases the repair may cost you nothing, and paying anybody else would be throwing money away. It is also the right route for anything where you want Apple’s warranty specifically, rather than a repairer’s.

2. An Apple Authorised Service Provider

Apple contracts a number of businesses in Singapore to carry out repairs on its behalf. People usually call these an “Apple service centre”. They work to Apple’s process and can handle in-warranty work, and the practical difference from the Apple Store is location and waiting time rather than price. Apple’s support site is the place to find the current list — it changes, and a directory blog post from a few years ago is not a reliable guide to who is still authorised today.

3. An independent repair shop, which is what Citri Mobile is

We are not an Apple Store and not an Apple Authorised Service Provider. We are an independent repairer that participates in Apple’s Independent Repair Provider programme, which lets us fit genuine Apple parts for eligible out-of-warranty iPhone repairs. For everything else — MacBook, iPad, Apple Watch — we fit quality Original Grade parts and say so plainly.

This is usually the sensible route if the device is out of warranty, or the damage is accidental. A cracked screen, a worn battery, a charging port full of pocket lint and a liquid spill are not covered by Apple’s warranty at any age, and that is most of what comes through our door. You get a nett price before anything is opened, no appointment, and the device back the same visit for most jobs. Board-level work — a MacBook that will not power on, a logic board short — is where an independent actually does something the other two routes do not: we repair the board at component level instead of replacing the whole thing.

So which one?

In warranty, or under AppleCare+, and the fault appeared on its own: Apple. In warranty but you dropped it: check with Apple anyway, then compare. Out of warranty, or accidental damage, or you want the price before you commit: an independent is almost always cheaper and faster, and on board-level faults it may be the only route that fixes rather than replaces.

Citri Mobile has walk-in branches for Apple device repair at People’s Park Centre (Chinatown), Tampines, Yishun and Jurong Point — see all four locations. No appointment is needed, but message us first so we can confirm the part for your model is in stock before you make the trip. We are also a Samsung repair shop, Google Pixel repair shop, Huawei repair shop and Xiaomi repair shop, so a household with mixed devices can use one place.

Apple Device Repair FAQs

Is Citri Mobile an Apple Authorised Service Provider?
No. Citri Mobile is an independent repair business. We participate in Apple’s Independent Repair Provider (IRP) programme for eligible out-of-warranty iPhone repairs, which is a different arrangement from an Apple Authorised Service Provider. We are not an Apple Store and we are not owned, operated or endorsed by Apple. You can check our participation yourself on Apple’s own Repair Provider Verification page.
What does the Apple Independent Repair Provider programme actually cover?
It gives participating businesses access to genuine Apple parts, tools, training and diagnostics for eligible out-of-warranty iPhone repairs. It does not mean every service we offer is covered by the programme, that every part we fit is an Apple part, or that Apple provides the warranty. For MacBook, iPad and Apple Watch we fit Original Grade parts and issue our own written warranty.
Which Apple devices do you repair?
iPhone, iPad, MacBook and Apple Watch — 153 models across the four families, each with its own price list. Screens and batteries are the two most common jobs on all four. Board-level work is quoted after a free diagnosis.
Do you use genuine Apple parts?
For eligible out-of-warranty iPhone repairs under the Apple IRP programme, yes — and you can also choose Original Grade parts if you prefer a lower price. For MacBook, iPad and Apple Watch we fit Original Grade parts, not Apple parts. Whichever applies to your repair is stated in the quote before any chargeable work starts.
Will an independent repair void my Apple warranty?
If your device is still covered by Apple’s warranty or AppleCare, take it to Apple first — we will tell you so rather than take the job. Out of warranty, there is nothing left for Apple to void. Our own repairs carry a written warranty issued by Citri Mobile.
How much does Apple device repair cost in Singapore?
iPhone from S$20, iPad from S$30, MacBook from S$80, Apple Watch from S$50. Prices are nett — the figure quoted is the figure you pay, with no GST added on top. Every repair is quoted after a free diagnosis and carries a 30-100 days warranty.

Citri Mobile has four walk-in branches: People’s Park Centre in Chinatown, Tampines, Yishun and Jurong Point. No appointment is needed, though it is worth messaging us first so we can confirm the part for your model is in stock before you travel.
