Which students qualify for a discount?
Any student with a valid student card. Students from any university get 5% off all phone repairs and 10% off all laptop and MacBook repairs. James Cook University staff and students get the highest rate: 10% off phones and 20% off laptops and MacBooks.
What proof do I need to bring?
A valid student or staff card. Students from any university show their student card; JCU staff and students show their JCU pass for the higher rate.
Does the discount cover both phones and laptops?
Yes. Laptop and MacBook repairs get a higher discount than phone repairs. Check the rates above for your university and device type.
Can I combine the student discount with other promotions?
Student discounts apply to our nett repair prices and can't be stacked with other promotions. WhatsApp us your device and we'll always work out the best price for you.
