The ten phone repair shops below are the ones worth knowing about in Singapore in 2026. Citri Mobile is first because we wrote this, which you should weigh accordingly. The other nine are real businesses that are each better than us at something specific, and for a doorstep collection, a board-level rescue out of Sim Lim, or a counter two stops from your office, one of them is the right answer.

We run one of these shops. So treat position one the way you would treat any shop putting itself first, and judge the entry on what it says rather than where it sits. Positions two to ten are not ranked against each other at all — they are nine different answers to nine different situations, and we have said which situation each one fits.
You will also notice what is missing: no star ratings, no review counts, no prices and no opening hours for anyone but us. That is deliberate. Those four things change constantly, we would be publishing other people's numbers without being able to keep them current, and a stale figure in our favour is worth nothing to you. Every shop here has a site and a Google listing. Check the numbers yourself, on the day you need them.
What we have given instead is the thing that does not change month to month: what each shop is set up to do well, and roughly where you would go.

1. Citri Mobile
Ours, so here is the case rather than the adjectives. Four walk-in shops — People's Park Centre in Chinatown, Tampines, Yishun and Jurong Point — open 11am–9pm daily, listed on our locations page.
The thing we would actually point at is the pricing. Every model we carry has its own published price, not a "from" figure: an iPhone screen starts at $35 and a battery at $25, a Samsung screen at $45, a MacBook screen at $140 and an iPad screen at $55. Prices are nett, so the figure on the page is the figure you pay.
We take part in Apple’s Independent Repair Provider programme, which is what lets us fit genuine Apple parts for eligible iPhone repairs, and our standing in it is published so you can check it. For a MacBook, an iPad or any Android phone, the honest answer is Original Grade, and that is what goes on the quote. We are also CaseTrust-accredited and a Carousell Preferred Partner. Eligible completed repairs carry a warranty of up to 100 days, diagnosis is free, and board-level work is done on site rather than sent out.
- Best for: knowing the price before you travel, and genuine parts on an eligible iPhone
- Less good for: doorstep collection — we are walk-in only
2. LYK Repair
Built around turnaround. Their outlets sit close to MRT stations in Jurong, Woodlands, Tai Seng and Bugis, and the proposition is that a common screen or battery job is done while you wait rather than collected later.
If your phone is a current or recent model with an ordinary fault and your main constraint is time, this is a sensible call. For anything board-level, ask the same question you would ask anyone: is it done here or sent out.
- Best for: a standard repair finished quickly, near a station
3. Mister Mobile
The widest physical footprint on this list, with branches spread across the island, and the most likely answer to "is there one near me". They hold ISO certification and CaseTrust accreditation, both of which are assessed by someone other than them and can be looked up.
Coverage is broad rather than specialised, which is the trade. If you own something unusual, call ahead.
- Best for: convenience, and accreditation you can verify independently
4. Mobile Life
Trading since the mid-2000s, with outlets through Queenstown, Bishan, Serangoon, Tampines and Yishun. What they are known for is depth of parts stock, which matters more than it sounds.
The usual reason a repair takes a week is not difficulty, it is that nobody has the part for a four-year-old handset. A shop that holds stock across generations is the one to try when the newer shops tell you they have to order it in.
- Best for: older or less common models other shops have to order for
5. Atomware
A board-level repair house in Sim Lim Square, and a different kind of business from most of this list. Their work is component-level: logic boards repaired rather than replaced, liquid-damaged machines recovered, and data pulled off boards that other shops will not open.
If you have been told your phone is beyond economical repair and what you actually want is the photographs off it, this is the sort of place that conversation belongs in. Not where you would go for a routine screen.
- Best for: micro-soldering, liquid damage and data recovery
6. Lite Mobile
Heartland outlets across the west, north and east, and the differentiator is that they put a money-back guarantee alongside the ordinary repair warranty.
That is a meaningful signal if you are nervous about handing over a phone, because a shop offering it has to be confident in its diagnosis before it starts. As with any guarantee, read what triggers it before you rely on it.
- Best for: wanting a stated way out if the repair does not hold
7. Fix Bot
Shops at Novena and Bukit Batok, but the reason they are here is collection: they will pick the device up rather than make you bring it.
For a working day you cannot interrupt, that is worth real money. The thing to be clear on, and this applies to every collection service rather than to them specifically, is where you stand if the repair needs a second look — a courier round trip is a slower way to resolve something than a counter you can walk back into.
- Best for: getting it fixed without leaving work
8. BreakFixNow
A long-established central option covering phones and tablets, and a reasonable walk-in if you work in town and want the thing dealt with at lunch.
Worth a call first to confirm they stock the part for your model, which is true of every shop here but especially of central ones where floor space is expensive.
- Best for: a central walk-in during the working day
9. Hitec Mobile
CaseTrust-accredited, which is the thing to notice. CaseTrust is run by the Consumers Association of Singapore and assesses how a business trades — pricing clarity, contract terms, how disputes get handled. It says nothing about technical skill, and that is precisely why it is useful: it is one of the few claims in this trade that someone other than the shop has checked.
- Best for: wanting a third party to have vetted how they do business
10. Singapura Mobile Repair
East-side, in Marine Parade and Ang Mo Kio, and positioned on price. Broad brand coverage rather than deep specialisation.
On an older phone you are planning to replace within the year, the cheapest repair that works is often the correct repair, and this is the end of the market that serves that honestly. Ask which grade of part the quote assumes, because at this end that is where the difference lives.
- Best for: keeping the bill down on a phone near the end of its life
How to choose between them
Shortlist two or three from the table, then put the same questions to each. We wrote the long version of this separately — the seven things worth comparing before you pick a repair shop — but the short version is:
- The warranty, in writing. How long, what it covers, what voids it. All three answers, before you pay.
- Which grade of part. Price gaps between shops are usually the part, not the labour. A quote with no part named is a guess.
- Whether the price for your exact model is published. If it only exists after they have seen how badly you need it fixed, that is not a price list.
- Board-level work in-house or sent out. This decides whether a phone that will not power on can be diagnosed at all.
- Somewhere to return to. Most repairs are fine. This matters for the ones that are not.
There are device-specific versions of the same checklist for iPhone and MacBook, which add the questions that only matter on those devices — Face ID on one, whether the screen panel can be replaced without the whole lid on the other.
What do the common repairs cost?
We can only publish our own, so these are ours. Every model is priced individually and the figures are nett.
| Repair | From | Full prices |
|---|---|---|
| iPhone screen replacement | $35 | by model |
| iPhone battery replacement | $25 | by model |
| Samsung screen replacement | $45 | by model |
| MacBook screen replacement | $140 | by model |
| iPad screen replacement | $55 | by model |
| Charging port repair | $25 | by model |
| Liquid damage chemical wash | $45 | Diagnosis first, then a quote |
Use them as a yardstick. A quote well outside that range in either direction is worth a second opinion, and the reason is nearly always the grade of part.
Not sure what is wrong yet?
- Black screen, phone still ringing — usually the display, not the phone.
- Will not turn on — fixes to try first.
- Coloured line down the screen — on an iPhone, on a Samsung.
- Charging only at an angle — port or battery, and how to tell.
- Battery gone by lunchtime — iPhone, Samsung.
- It went in water — the first 30 minutes matter, and it is not rice.
Best phone repair shops in Singapore: FAQs
- Which is the best phone repair shop in Singapore?
- There is no single best one, because the right shop depends on the device, the fault and what you are optimising for. If you want the price published before you travel, that is us. If you want it done in half an hour near an MRT station, or a logic board rescued, or the phone collected from your office, those are three different shops on this list. Shortlist two or three and ask each the same five questions: the warranty in writing, which grade of part, whether your model's price is published, whether board-level work is done in-house, and whether there is a counter you can return to.
- Why are there no ratings or review counts in this list?
- Because we cannot keep other businesses' numbers current, and a stale figure that happens to flatter us is worth nothing to you. Every shop here has a Google listing and a website. The durable information — what each one is set up to do well, and where it is — is what we have published instead.
- How much does a phone repair cost in Singapore?
- Most common repairs are well under $200. With us an iPhone screen starts at $35 and a battery at $25, a Samsung screen at $45, a MacBook screen at $140 and an iPad screen at $55. Board-level work and liquid damage are quoted after a diagnosis. All our prices are nett and every model is priced individually.
- Is a cheaper repair shop worse?
- Not automatically. The gap is usually the grade of the part rather than the quality of the work, so the question to ask is which grade you are being quoted. A lower price with Original Grade or Grade AAA stated up front is a legitimate choice on an older phone. A lower price with nothing named is not a price.
- Do any of these shops use genuine Apple parts?
- Genuine Apple parts reach independent shops through one route, Apple's Independent Repair Provider programme, and Apple lists the businesses in it. Citri Mobile takes part, and we fit genuine Apple parts for eligible iPhone repairs under it. Treat the claim as checkable rather than taking anyone's word for it, ours included — and note that it applies to iPhone. For a MacBook, an iPad or an Android phone the honest answer from any independent shop is Original Grade.
- Should I repair or replace my phone?
- A rough rule: if the repair costs less than about half of a comparable replacement and the rest of the phone is sound, repairing is the better call. Get a diagnosis before deciding, because the fault people assume they have is rarely the one that gets quoted. If it is time to move on, a working or even cracked phone still has trade-in value.
If you want to try us
