If your Pixel is in warranty and the fault appeared on its own, use the authorised centre, because it should cost you nothing. Where is the Google Pixel service centre in Singapore?

There is one, and it is easy to miss because it does not carry Google's name on the door. Pixel's authorised service centre in Singapore is run by CTDI Singapore at Aperia, 12 Kallang Avenue. Weekday afternoons and Saturday mornings, closed Sundays and public holidays, so check current hours before you travel.

Google's own authorised repair partner finder is the place to confirm this, since the arrangement can change and the finder is what Google keeps updated.

Two things worth knowing before you go. Bring proof of purchase, because warranty is assessed from the invoice date. And if you imported the Pixel yourself, ask about coverage first, since a model never sold in Singapore may not be serviceable here.

Should I use the authorised centre or an independent shop?

Use the authorised centre in three cases.

The Pixel is in warranty and you did not drop it. A display that failed on its own, a charging fault with no history of damage, a camera that stopped working. That is warranty work and you should not be paying for it.
You have a Preferred Care plan. Use what you paid for. The excess will beat any repair price.
The fault is tied to Google's own systems. Bootloader problems, firmware, account lockouts. Nobody outside the programme has that tooling.

Come to an independent shop for everything else, which in practice is most of what happens to a phone.

When is independent Pixel repair the better call?

Out of warranty, or accidental damage, which no warranty covers anyway.

The practical difference is where and when. One authorised centre for the whole island, open on weekday afternoons and Saturday mornings, is not much use if you work those hours and live in Tampines. We have four shops open daily until 9pm and most screen and battery work is done while you wait.

Which Pixel models do you repair?

All of them we can get parts for: the original Pixel and Pixel XL, the 2 through 5 including the a models, the 6, 7, 8 and 9 families, and the current 10 series. Thirty-two models in the catalog.

What goes wrong with Pixels?

Three things turn up more on Pixel than on other Android handsets, and it is worth knowing which you have before you pay for anything.

Battery life falling off sooner than expected, particularly on the 6 and 7 generation. Often it really is the cell and a replacement fixes it. Sometimes it is an app misbehaving after an update, which costs nothing to check first.

Charging that has become unreliable. Pixel USB-C ports collect lint like everything else, and a port full of pocket fluff looks exactly like a dying battery from the outside. The port is the cheaper repair, so ask for both to be checked.

Overheating under camera use. The Tensor chips run warm and heavy camera work makes them warmer. Normal within limits. A phone too hot to hold while doing nothing is not, and that is worth a diagnosis rather than a battery.

How long does a Pixel repair take?

Most screen and battery jobs run about 45 to 90 minutes and are done while you wait. If your model needs longer we will say so when we quote, rather than after you have left the phone. Water damage and board-level work takes longer and gets a realistic timing after the free diagnosis, because putting a number on it before opening the phone would be a guess.
