Why Citri Mobile?

FAQs About Phone Repair in Chinatown

Where exactly in People's Park Centre are you?
First floor, unit #01-47. Chinatown MRT exits lead straight up into the building, so you don't need to go outside. Look for the orange Citri Mobile signage.
What are your opening hours?
11am to 9pm, every day including weekends and public holidays.
How long does a screen or battery repair take?
Usually about 45 to 90 minutes. If your model needs longer we'll tell you when we quote, not after. Water damage and board-level work is quoted with a realistic timing after a free diagnosis.
Do I need an appointment?
No, walk in any day between 11am and 9pm. Messaging first is still worth it so we can confirm we stock the part for your model.
Do you use genuine Apple parts?
For eligible iPhone repairs, yes — we're an Apple Independent Repair Provider and can fit genuine Apple parts under the Apple IRP programme. For MacBook, iPad, Apple Watch and other brands we use quality Original Grade parts, and we'll always tell you which grade you're getting.
Is there parking nearby?
Yes, at People's Park Centre and People's Park Complex, with entrances off Eu Tong Sen Street and New Bridge Road.
Are your prices final?
They're nett. The price we quote after diagnosis is what you pay at collection, with nothing added.

Phone Repair in Chinatown: We're Inside People's Park Centre

This is our home shop. Unit #01-47 on the first floor of People's Park Centre, and the Chinatown MRT exits come up directly into the building — you can be at our counter about two minutes after stepping off the train, without going outside.

People's Park has been the place Singaporeans come for phone repair for decades, and we've been part of it for 15 years. The rating is 4.8 stars from 1100+ Google reviews. Every repair carries a 30-100 days warranty, and any of our four shops will honour it.

If you've walked the length of the first floor before and found it hard to tell one counter from another, look for the orange Citri Mobile signage at #01-47.

Finding Us Inside People's Park Centre

Take Chinatown MRT and follow the exit signed towards People's Park Centre — it's on the North East Line and the Downtown Line, so you can arrive from Punggol, Sengkang, Hougang and Serangoon in one ride, or from Bugis and MacPherson without changing either.

On foot, we're a couple of minutes from Pagoda Street and Chinatown Point, and about ten minutes from Clarke Quay across the river along New Bridge Road. Driving in, there are car parks at People's Park Centre and People's Park Complex with entrances off Eu Tong Sen Street and New Bridge Road.

If you work in the CBD, the walk from Raffles Place or Tanjong Pagar is realistic at lunchtime — fifteen minutes and change, or one MRT stop through Outram Park.

What We Fix Here

iPhone

Screens, batteries, charging ports, back glass, cameras, and board-level work that other shops send away. We're an Apple Independent Repair Provider, so genuine Apple parts are available for eligible iPhone repairs under the Apple IRP programme when you want them. For an older handset where genuine costs more than the phone is worth, we'll show you the Original Grade option and explain the difference honestly. Prices per model are on the iPhone repair page, and if you're weighing the choice, original vs OEM iPhone screens is the piece to read.

Samsung and Android

Galaxy S, Note, Z Fold and Z Flip, plus Pixel, Oppo, Xiaomi, Huawei, vivo, OnePlus, Honor, realme and more. Screens, batteries, back glass, charging ports and water damage. The Samsung repair page has the model list. Green line down your Galaxy display? That has a specific cause and a specific fix — see the green line guide.

MacBook and laptops

Plenty of the CBD's laptops end up on our bench. Screens, batteries, keyboards, trackpads, hinges, charging boards, liquid damage and logic board faults. Board-level work gets a free diagnosis before we quote, because pricing that blind is guesswork. See the MacBook repair page, or the MacBook troubleshooting guide if you want to narrow it down first.

iPad, tablets and Apple Watch

iPad glass, digitisers, batteries and charging ports, Samsung tablets, and Apple Watch screens and batteries. These use quality parts rather than Apple genuine ones — the IRP programme covers iPhone only, and we'd rather say that plainly.

How a Repair Works

No appointment needed. Still, message us on WhatsApp with your model and a photo before you come — we'll confirm the part is on the shelf, which matters more here than most places because People's Park is a trip a lot of people make specially.

We diagnose free, quote you a nett price, and you decide. Nett means the number we say is the number you pay when you collect — nothing added at the end. You pay after the repair is done and you've checked the device yourself.

Most screen and battery jobs run about 45 to 90 minutes, which is roughly one wander through Chinatown Street Market or lunch at the hawker centre upstairs. Water damage and board-level repairs take longer, and we'll give you a real timing after the diagnosis rather than a number we'd have to walk back.

Pay by PayNow, PayLah, Visa or Mastercard.

Doorstep Collection Around Chinatown and the CBD

If you can't leave the office, message us your address and the fault and we'll tell you whether we can collect and what it adds. Offices with a batch of devices should use the corporate service, which handles scheduled pickup and delivery.
