Getting to Us From Bedok, Chai Chee and Bedok Reservoir

By train it's Bedok to Tampines, three stops, no changes. Come out of Tampines MRT towards Tampines Central 1 and Blk 503 is a short walk past the market. If you're closer to Bedok North or Chai Chee, buses 5, 21 and 168 from Bedok Interchange run the same route.

Coming from Bedok Reservoir or Eastwood, it's often faster to stay on the bus than to backtrack to the MRT. Driving is easy too — there's HDB parking around Tampines Central 1, plus the mall car parks at Tampines Mall, Century Square and Tampines 1 if the HDB lots are full.

If you're at the other end of Bedok, near Kembangan, Siglap or Tanah Merah, check our People's Park Centre shop in Chinatown as well. From Tanah Merah the ride west is about the same length as the ride east, and Chinatown MRT comes up directly inside the building.

What Happens When You Bring It In

You don't need an appointment. Message us on WhatsApp first anyway, with a photo of the damage and your model — we'll check the part is on the shelf before you make the trip out to Tampines. That one message is the difference between walking out repaired and coming back a second day.

When you arrive we diagnose it for free and quote you a nett price. Nett means final: the number we say is the number you pay, with nothing added when you collect. You approve it, we do the work, and you only pay once the repair is done and you've checked the device yourself.
